Appointments

How do I book?


You can book your Personal Styling & Shopping, Wardrobe Cleanse or E-Styling via our Website with simply clicking on "Book Now". Currently we do not offer an mobile app. However, you should also be able to access our website through any other devices such as Mobile Phone / iPad.




In which city can I make an Appointment


Currently available in London only. Other cities will follow.




How long is the Appointment?


All of our services, either Personal Styling & Shopping Appointment, Wardrobe Cleanse or E-Styling include a consultation at the beginning of the appointment. Appointment length differs depending on how much each client needs the service. To Shop for this "special item" require expert opinion can take only an hour. However, if you are looking for new outfits for your new position. Then "Corporate Styling" will take you 3 hours. Where our Stylist's help you with the right pieces for every occassion within the office, normal day, board meeting or just a lunch with a client.




How do I prepare for my Appointment?


You do not really need to prepare, your Stylists does all the preparing. You might want to inform your Stylists about your favourite Designers or looks or tell them about your area that you are uncomfortable with. In addition, it will help the Stylist to know your Budget rougly. Other than that you do not need to worry.




My Wardrobe is a mess! How do I prepare for my Wardrobe Cleanse?


Don't worry about it. Our Stylists are very use to a very "messy" Wardrobes. Just look at them as your Hairdresser. You do not need a cut if your hair is perfect, right?




What if I'm running late for my Styling Appointment or my Wardrobe Cleanse?


Your STYLIST professional can wait for half of the scheduled appointment time, for example, if you booked a STYLIST APPOINTMENT that was booked for 2 hours, the Stylist can wait up to 30 minutes for you. Please note that the end time of your STYLIST APPOINTMENT remains the same and the STYLIST will do as much as they can for you in the allotted time. If you would like to extend the time you need to check if the STYLIST is available by "clicking" on Re-Scedsule that you can find in your booking details.




What if I can’t book an appointment for my desired date & time?

How much does a RAGNARS services cost?


Each RAGNARS Stylists sets his own price for his Customade Services. Please refer to our Service Menu in our Homepage.





Payments

How do I pay?


You will be prompted to enter your credit card information when you book via the website. A 20% gratuity and service tax will be charged to your card for each appointment, so you don’t have to worry about a trip to the ATM with your Stylist. If you would like to give an additional cash tip to your Stylist Professional, it is always welcome.




What if I need to cancel my appointment?


If you have any changes in your schedule and need to cancel or change your appointment, you can do so via a email that has been sent to you with your confirmation of your original appointment, the time of the original appointment and the desired change. see further our cancelation policy. but please note our cancellation policy below. If you cancel within four hours, but at least one hour prior to your appointment time you will be charged 50% of the list price. Appointments canceled within one hour of the appointment time and no-shows will be charged the full list price for the services selected. All cancellations within 4 hours on services booked with packages or coupons will result in the loss of that appointment from the package or forfeiture of the coupon. OR: Cancellation policy We charge 50% of the total booking price if you cancel a booking less than 12 hours We charge 100% of the total booking price if a booking is cancelled within 12 hours or less of the booking as most Stylists will either already be on their way or will not be able anymore to receive another appointment for that time slot. We will not charge you if you cancel your bookings 24hr prior your Appointment schedule.
